Sioux Electric Water Heater
Customers in industrial applications such as ready mix and precast concrete, manufacturing, and mining applications have relied on Sioux Corporation for their water heating needs for over 60 years. During this time, Sioux has also been known for our 100% electric cleaning equipment. We combined our expertise in both of these areas to offer another option for people interested in a product with zero-emmissions with our industrial electric water heater line.
The Sioux NextGen Electric Water Heater design uses many of the same industrial components as our other water heaters but heats the water using flanged immersion heating element(s) in a water storage tank. Four different size units are available with 30, 38, 60,or 76 kW heat output. All models come with a water storage tank, discharge pump, make-up water solenoid valve, PLC control, and HMI touchscreen display.
This product line is available with either a carbon steel heat exchanger, plumbing, and storage tank or stainless steel/non-ferrous wetted parts including the heat exchanger, tank, and plumbing.

- Vacuum gauges for inlet y-strainer will indicate when clean out is required
- Groove fittings for easy maintenance of common service items
- 300-gallon atmospheric storage tank with 1" fiberglass insulation and stainless steel wrap

Sioux Sentinel Pro
Sioux Sentinel is included with all NextGen water heaters to provide real-time monitoring and remote connectivity to Sioux units via a computer, tablet, or phone on the same local area network.
Sioux Sentinel ProTM is a subscription service available for NextGen water heaters that provides real-time monitoring and remote connectivity to Sioux units via a phone, tablet, or computer from off-site via the web.
Sioux Sentinel ProTM subscription provides these upgrades:
- Monitor and operate water heater remotely from any web browser with an internet connection (unit & device do not have to be on the same local network).
- Sioux can remotely troubleshoot the unit to reduce downtime.
- 1 Year and Lifetime Subscriptions available.
