All-electric Industrial Steam Cleaners
All-electric steam cleaners use electric immersion elements to heat water up to 320°F (160°C) saturated steam with no fumes or exhaust. Electricity powered steam cleaners are great for cleaning in locations that require clean emissions and air quality or in hazardous locations where fuel fired units are not approved for use. Unit meet low NOx requirements since they do not use fossil fuels to heat the water.
Sioux industrial steam cleaning machines are excellent for cleaning grease and oil, sterilizing, disinfecting, degreasing, dissolving resins, de-icing, flushing away chemicals, and degassing. They are also ideal for preparing surfaces for painting or other treatments. Sioux manufactures two different lines of all-electric steam cleaners.
The EN series steam cleaner features a larger industrial frame and is available as an explosion proof model. The E series performs similar to the EN series, but in a more compact design. Standard models feature many different voltage options for both 50 Hz and 60 Hz and come on a heavy-duty skid, casters, or trailer mounted. Sioux all-electric steam cleaner models require 3 phase electrical power.
