The certification Quality Management System includes logging any nonconformance or customer concern with weekly management team review of these logs. Sioux is also routinely performing internal audits of all departments including receiving, fabricating, welding, paint, assembly, testing, packaging, engineering, sales, purchasing, HR, and management. These activities put systems in place to ensure customers of Sioux have a voice in Sioux operations and receive high-quality products with satisfying experiences.
