Control Steam Time & Temperature in Aggregate Bins
Application
Sioux’s Bin Control Kit for the Steam-Flo® line of low-pressure steam generators automatically controls the steam output. This innovative accessory means you can now control the steam time and target temperature for aggregate steaming in different bins. When paired with the appropriate Sioux Temperature Control Package either 2, 3, 4, 6, or 8 bins can be controlled at once.
The Bin Control consists of steam outlets controlled with digital input screens allowing operators to set the target temperature and time. Wired temperature probes are used to monitor the aggregate temperature. Once steaming starts, the unit will monitor the aggregate temperature for each bin.
