Reduce Heating Time
The Sioux Air Churn agitates thick, viscous products by injecting large air bubbles into rail tank cars. When heating, this reduces total heating time by allowing it to heat more evenly. The unit is engineered to work in conjunction with the Sioux Steam-Flo® steam generator.
The Air Churn is a 115V, portable, adjustable, timer controlled pulsing valve. The unit is designed to send controlled bursts of compressed air into the railcar at preset intervals.
- Small and portable
- Adjustable timer which allows the user to change cycle time and pulse time to fit the requirements of the railcar product
- A high-quality pulsing solenoid valve rated for millions of cycles
- Weatherproof enclosure houses the start/reset switch, the timer, the control circuit and the pulsing valve
- 35’ 115V electrical cord with GFCI plug
The Sioux Air Churn, when used with the Steam-Flo®, effectively reduces heating times making the operation more productive.
