Reduce Heating Time
Application
The Sioux Air Churn agitates thick, viscous products by injecting large air bubbles into rail tank cars. When heating, this reduces total heating time by allowing it to heat more evenly. The unit is engineered to work in conjunction with the Sioux Steam-Flo® steam generator.
The Air Churn is a 115V, portable, adjustable, timer controlled pulsing valve. The unit is designed to send controlled bursts of compressed air into the railcar at preset intervals.
