Engine Coolant Heater
Heat and Circulate Engine Coolant for Rapid Equipment Startup in Cold Weather
Reduces startup time of heavy equipment.
Raises 150 gallons of engine coolant from -40°F to +60°F in 33 minutes; alternate starting methods can take up to 24 hours.
Pays for itself in one use; Sioux mining customers have estimated that each engine coolant heater saves them $70,000-$80,000 per cold weather day by eliminating startup delays.
Engineered and manufactured to last 20 to 30 years.
Completely self-contained, portable system.
The Engine Coolant Heater heats and circulates anti-freeze through the radiator and engine block of the equipment, quickly warming the coolant and engine, allowing faster equipment startup.
The heater is a completely self-contained system designed to fit between the wheel wells of a standard pick-up truck. The system includes the Sioux M-200 heating unit, generator, circulating pump, anti-freeze storage tank, and all hoses and hose reels needed to operate the system.
