Responsible for the sale of electrical equipment to electric utilities in California and Hawaii, including metering equipment, instrumentation, and power capacitors and controls.

Supervisor, Project Supervisor, and Senior Electrical Engineer, Sierra Pacific Power Company, Reno, NV. Responsible for design and implementation of large load research data acquisition project, and for implementation and evaluation of company conservation and load management programs.  In the Electrical Engineering Department, Substation Design Group, responsible for design and project management of high voltage transmission and generation plant substations, including contracts, specifications and proposal evaluations for power transformers, circuit breakers, regulators, and related equipment and construction services.

Jack has been married to Judith Ann Finger since 1978. They have two daughters residing in Minnesota and Florida. Jack’s primary goal is to continue developing the technical capabilities and product lines of Sioux Corporation, including pressure washing and steam cleaning systems, steam generators, water heating systems, and other specialty products used in petroleum exploration, concrete production, mining, manufacturing, military, government, food processing, and greenhouse applications.
