Sioux Dakota Series Model H2.5D175-TTM Foaming Unit delivers 2.5 GPM at 175 PSI hot or cold pressure with 200ºF outlet water temperature based on 50ºF inlet water temperature. This unit features an AR triplex plunger pump which is direct driven by a ¾ HP TEFC, 1750 rpm motor. The unit’s electrical power comes from an on-board 6 kw diesel generator with electric start. The burner system uses either #1 or #2 diesel fuel, kerosene, or JP-8 and is rated at 218,000 BTU/Hr input. The heating coil is ½” schedule 80 pipe, is vertically mounted for simple and complete coil draining to eliminate freezing, and rotates for easy burner maintenance. This unit also includes 3/8” x 50’ high pressure hose with quick couplers, flow switch, high temperature limit switch, pressure relief valve, and electric chemical metering pump for adjustable and lockable chemical metering, as well as a foamer attachment for mixing air, water, and a foaming agent.
The unit is portable, mounted on a heavy-duty three-wheel steerable trailer with leaf spring suspension, reflectors, tail lights, wiring harness, tires and your choice of either a ball hitch or lunette eye. The unit also comes with a cold water flushing system, two manual crank hose reels, hour meter for hot foaming unit, and auto shutdown timer.
